Geared toward food industry professionals, this expo is based on the discipline of Culinology, which blends culinary arts and food science. Available for tasting at Savoury Systems’ booth was a new demo called Caribbean Beef Stew with Coconut Rice, which featured our #0835 Umami Type, #1029 Extra Special Dark, and #0826 Aged Cheese yeast extracts. We also performed our popular beef broth demo, which shows off our salt replacement capabilities simply and effectively. A wide variety of samples were offered at nearly every booth, which could easily fill up a hungry stomach in one round of the show floor.
